Vaccination Requirements:

Grooming: Rabies, Distemper, starting 1/1/2026 Bordetella (annual)

Daycare/Boarding/Advanced & Novice Enrichment/Training: Rabies, Distemper, Bordetella (annual), Fecal Exam (annual, negative results). Note: some vets take up to 3 days to get fecal report results.

Recommended: Flea/Tick Preventative and Lyme Disease Vaccination.

Note: Titer tests provided by veterinarians showing immunity will be accepted for Distemper.

Boarding Policies: Up to 3 dogs from the same owner and residence may be eligible to board in one den. For pets boarded in the same den: 2nd & 3rd receives $5 daily discount each. Some restrictions apply.
For safety and comfort of the dogs in our care we reserve the right to: (1) Choose the appropriate den size or space occupied (2) Separate family dogs due to temperamental concerns. Additional fees apply for pick-up/drop-offs outside of standard boarding & business operating hours. $10 Food bagging fee will applied per week if dog’s food is not separated individually by meal per day.

Daycare Policies: All dogs attending daycare must be spayed/neutered by 10 months.
Late pickup Half/Full Day: A $5 fee will apply for up to 30 minutes late during operating hours. For half-day, after 30 minutes full-day rate applies. Past operating hours additional $20 applies up to 30 minutes. Beyond 30 minutes we will board dog overnight with applicable late, boarding, and food charges. Check-in: A $5 no-show fee will be charged to the credit card on file for anyone that does not arrive as scheduled or fails to notify us about running late prior to their scheduled appointment.

We will perform a non-invasive intake at the time of boarding or daycare check-in. If your dog has fleas you will be charged for a flea bath at a minimum rate of $25, depending on severity level and amount of clean-up required.

We understand that dogs and puppies may be destructive. We do everything possible to prevent and correct destructive behaviors. However, due to the very nature of dogs we understand they may have a propensity to chew or dig. If you are aware that your pup has a passion for these activities, please notify us so we can place him or her appropriately! The last thing we want to do is charge for destruction.
