Our Facility

While at My Dog’s Sleepover, your dog can look forward to a fun, comfortable & safe staycation. We offer spacious dens complete with raised Kuranda beds, relaxing music, antimicrobial Protect-All Flooring™, and a climate-controlled environment with fresh air exchange to allow for maximum comfort.  During their stay your pup will be rotated outside into one of our seven large, private yards at least five times every day.  The length of time each dog spends outdoors is weather dependent.  Thanks to our on-site security office, we have video surveillance 24/7, allowing us to monitor our canine guests and promptly address any needs they may have throughout the night.

We will offer your dog supervised play times in one of our spacious play areas throughout their stay included in your nightly charge. Our large playrooms and dens are equipped with Protect-All Flooring™ which is antimicrobial and ergonomically correct to provide a safer & more comfortable play environment. If your pup is not a candidate for group play (i.e. geriatric, fearful, doesn’t play well with others, etc.), he/she will still receive the benefits of human socialization. We respect that dogs are social animals and are fortunate to have a facility to accommodate many dogs and a variety of personalities.

All of the above is included in the cost of boarding.  Of course, “scratch and cuddle time” is FREE…as it should be!

  • Food in pre-measured single serving bags with dog’s first and last name on each bag, keeping refrigerated food separate.
  • Medication/Supplements in original bottles/packaging with dog’s first and last name on each.
  • We require the name of medication, dosage, instructions, & medical condition being treated for all medication/supplements that we will be administering to your dog.
  • Treats are optional. A wide variety of Snacktivities and Novice Enrichment Activities available for purchase.
  • Up to 2 personal items (such as size appropriate toy and small blanket)
  • Beds, Pillows, or Crates
  • Rawhide or bones that splinter
  • No stuffed, fabric, or rope toys
  • Bowls (unless slow feeder or medically required)
  • More than 2 personal items

We highly recommend scheduling daycare or an overnight trial prior to boarding for all new pets. This will help your dog adjust to our boarding routine and reduce anxiety. Due to our consistent daily routines your dog will quickly acclimate to the new environment, increasing the likelihood of a comfortable stay with minimal stress. A well-adjusted pup is a happy pup, who eats well and sleeps through the night.

Important Information

General Season
Deposit for each reservation is equivalent to 1 night stay for appropriate den/suite and amount of dogs.

Saturday before observed holiday through following Saturday

Boarding arrival and departure dates need to be scheduled the day before or after the observed holidays.

3-day / 2-night minimum stay (Holiday only)

7-day notice prior to check-in time & date is required for cancellations to prevent deposit forfeiture

If reservation date or time is shortened, a 7-day notice prior to original check -in time & date is required to prevent being charged for originally scheduled reservation (up to 3 days that were cancelled & including any/all nights dog actually stayed).

A $25 Holiday Eve Check-in Fee will apply to all reservations with check-ins on Christmas Eve or New Year’s Eve. Please note that our standard early check-in times will not be available on these dates due to adjusted holiday hours.
If a reservation includes both a late check-out and a Holiday Eve check-in, a combined Holiday Eve Check-in/Check-out Fee of $34 will be charged instead of the individual fees. You will only be charged one fee per reservation, not per dog.

Owner must provide up to date vaccination records and negative fecal report no later than 2 days prior to check in.

All Contracts must be signed online via our Owner Portal at least 2 days prior to check in. Paper contracts available upon request with advanced notice.

  • Peak and Holiday Seasons: 7-day notice prior to check-in time & date required for changes and cancellations
  • Deposit will be forfeited if appropriate notice is not given

Holidays

Front office is closed to observe the following holidays:

New Year’s Day, Easter, Memorial Day, Independence Day, Labor Day, Thanksgiving, and Christmas

Vaccinations

Rabies, Distemper Series, Bordetella, Negative Fecal Exam are required to board and records must be received by MDCC no less than 2 days prior to check-in.

We recommend Flea / Tick Prevention, Canine Influenza, and Lyme Disease Vaccination.  Bordetella and Fecal Exam (with negative results) required annually.  Titer tests provided by veterinarians showing immunity accepted on annual basis for Canine Distemper, Parvovirus and Adenovirus.

Scratch and Cuddle time is free as it should be! 
The last thing we want to do is keep a dog in its den all day!

**  My Dog’s Sleepover is a fun & exciting experience for your dog.  Some dogs run around and engage during their free time with other dogs, while others prefer to just cuddle with the staff. We strive to keep them comfortable and feeling secure, even during playtime. Dogs usually leave My Dog’s Sleepover tired and happy.

REGISTRATION PROCESS:

Clients must create/update owner portal account, read/sign all contracts, and provide proof of required vaccinations and fecal no later than 2 days prior to reservation. Not doing so could result in inability to board and/or deposit forfeiture.  Not all dogs are candidates for group play. Dogs will be evaluated for suitability and discussed with owner.
